Hope Anna Nicole Smith is still getting that TrimSpa for free because pretty soon she's going to have a lot less cash to pay for it. This week a Federal Appeals Judge in San Fransisco overturned a lower court ruling, which awarded the former Playboy model the estate of her late husband, billionaire J. Howard Marshall. They'd been married less than a year when the 90-year-old Texan died and Smith has been battling for a piece of his estate ever since. She had been awarded $88 million, but the appeals court noted that, "no provision for distributions of income or principal of the trust estate was made" for Smith. The money will now go to Marshall's son and if she wants it back she's going to have to go to the U.S. Supreme Court. Good thing she know how to handle old men. |
